Is systems and workflow optimization included in my CANAAN subscription?

Yes — systems audits, integration, cleanup, and training are included as part of CANAAN's services. Whether you need Planning Center configured correctly, your CRM cleaned up, or tools connected that should sync, it's covered.

Do we have to switch to different tools?

Usually no. Most churches already have the right tools — they're just not set up correctly or connected properly. We optimize what you have first. If a tool genuinely isn't working, we'll recommend an alternative, but we don't force changes.

However, if a tool is overpriced and not worth it, we want to recommend you something that will be.

How long does it take to fix our systems?

It depends on complexity. A basic audit and integration might take 2-3 weeks. A full CRM cleanup and multi-system integration could take 4-10 weeks. We work in phases so your team isn't overwhelmed and operations don't stop.

What if our team resists change?

That's why we don't change everything at once. We communicate every step, explain why changes are happening, and provide training so your team feels equipped, not blindsided. We also roll out improvements gradually so adoption happens naturally.

Can you train our team on systems we're already using?
