Is photography included in my CANAAN subscription?

Yes — photography services are included as part of CANAAN's creative offerings.
Whether you need Sunday service coverage, event photography, staff headshots, or candid shots for social media, it's covered.

Because of the nature of travel, we charge a premium fee to cover the cost of travel. We work where we can with in the price point of churches. Our recommendation is to choose the higher subscription and then decrease it.

Do you need to visit our church in person?

For most photography, yes. We send a photographer to your location to capture what's actually happening. For some projects — like headshots or facility photos — we can coordinate a specific shoot day that works with your schedule.

Our preference is to train a team member virtually to assist you. That way photography isn't bottle-necked on having a professional every Sunday. We simply book a time with your team, train them and help them along the process.

How long does it take to get the photos back?

Most photo sets are edited and delivered within 3-5 days. If you need them faster — like for a same-week event recap post — let us know upfront and we'll prioritize the turnaround.

Can you shoot during our Sunday service without being distracting?

Yes. Our photographers work discreetly during services — no flash, no disruption, no blocking sightlines. Most of your congregation won't even notice we're there.

What if we need photos but don't have a specific event coming up?

That's fine. We can schedule a general photography session to capture your Sunday service, your facility, and candid congregation moments. Those photos give you a library of real images to use across your website and social media for months.

Can we use the photos however we want?

Yes. Once delivered, the photos are yours to use however you need — website, social media, print materials, presentations, whatever. No usage restrictions, no extra licensing fees.
