EVENT SERVICES
Big Days, finally made simple
From Easter campaigns to capital campaigns — strategy that fills seats and moves people toward commitment.
We've worked with churches across the world
PART OF YOUR TEAM
Big events need more than a bulletin announcement.
Easter and Christmas are when visitors actually show up. Mother's Day and Father's Day are natural invitation moments. A new sermon series launch sets attendance for the next two months. These aren't normal Sundays — they're opportunities. But most churches treat them like any other week: announce it once, hope people remember, scramble last-minute to pull together graphics and emails. Then attendance underwhelms and the team wonders why.

CANAAN builds full campaign strategies around your biggest events — multi-week promotional timelines, coordinated creative across every channel, invite tools for your congregation, and follow-up plans for visitors. We treat your high-stakes moments like they actually matter.

We help you with the biggest days of your calendar year and create strategy that helps you.
“Easter & Christmas are no longer exhausting.”

We plan the campaign timeline
Big events need 4-8 weeks of promotion, not one announcement. We build a multi-week timeline that builds momentum — when to start promoting, when to send invites, when to launch digital ads, when to follow up. Planning makes it easier for you and your team.
We create all the campaign assets
Sermon graphics, social media posts, email series, invite cards, landing pages, video promos, print materials — every piece of creative your campaign needs, designed to work together and stay on message. Nothing missed.
We coordinate every channel
Your congregation sees consistent messaging everywhere — Sunday announcements, emails, social posts, website banners, print handouts. No mixed messages, no conflicting information, no gaps. No more blind spots.
We equip your congregation to invite
The best marketing is personal invitation. We create digital invite cards, shareable social graphics, and text-to-share links that make it easy for your people to invite friends and family.
We manage digital promotion
Paid social ads, Google Ads (using your Ad Grant), retargeting for website visitors — we run digital campaigns that get your event in front of people beyond your current congregation.
We plan the follow-up
The event isn't the end. We build post-event follow-up sequences — welcome emails for new visitors, next-step campaigns, connection pathways — so people who show up once actually come back.

frequently asked questions
Clear answers, no fluff. We’ve designed CANAAN to be intuitive from day one—but here’s where we answer the most common questions with clarity and care.
Is event and campaign strategy included in my CANAAN subscription?
Chevron down icon
Yes — full campaign planning and execution are included as part of CANAAN's growth services. Whether it's Easter, Christmas, a sermon series launch, or a community outreach event, we handle the strategy and creative.

How far in advance do we need to start planning a campaign?
Chevron down icon
Ideally 6-8 weeks before the event. That gives time to build momentum, create all the assets, and run multi-week promotion. For major events like Easter and Christmas, earlier is better. If you're coming in late, we'll work with whatever timeline you have.

What's the difference between a regular event and something that needs a full campaign?
Chevron down icon
If it's a high-attendance opportunity (Easter, Christmas, Mother's Day) or a major ministry initiative (sermon series launch, outreach event), it needs a campaign. Regular weekly announcements don't build momentum. Campaigns do.

Do you handle both the creative and the advertising?
Chevron down icon
Yes. We create all the campaign assets (graphics, emails, videos, landing pages) and manage the digital advertising (social ads, Google Ads). Everything is coordinated so your messaging stays consistent across every channel.

What if we've never done a full campaign before? Is this too complicated?
Chevron down icon
That's exactly why we exist. Most churches don't have the bandwidth to plan multi-week campaigns. We build the strategy, create the assets, and tell you what to post and when. You just execute the plan we give you.

Can you help with follow-up after the event?
Chevron down icon
Yes. Post-event follow-up is where most churches drop the ball. Someone visits on Easter, never hears from the church again, and doesn't come back. We build automated follow-up sequences — welcome emails, next-step prompts, connection pathways — so visitors actually return.

We make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
