Is video production included in my CANAAN subscription?

Yes — video editing and production are included as part of CANAAN's creative services. Whether you need sermon clips, reels, announcement videos, or full campaign promos, it's covered.

How do I send you the footage?

Just upload your raw video to a shared link or cloud folder. We'll pull what we need, edit it, and send back the finished video ready to post. No technical setup required on your end.

If you cannot film, we do offer at a higher subscription the ability to film for you at location. Although this can be more expensive, it does provide you with rich footage that can be reused.

How long does it take to get a video back?

Most videos are turned around within 2-4 days. If you need something faster — like a same-week announcement video — let us know upfront and we'll prioritize it.

Once a workflow is established, sermons filmed on Sunday can usually be turned around by Monday-Tuesday.

Can you create videos from old sermons?

Absolutely. If you have past sermons or event footage sitting unused, we can pull clips and turn them into content. Great sermons don't expire — they just need to be repackaged.

Do I need to tell you which parts of the sermon to use?

It is almost always better for you to choose the content you want to highlight. This speeds up the process and is usually more efficient. Although, we can watch through and identify the moments that work best as standalone clips — the quotes, stories, or points that land on their own. If you have a specific moment in mind, just flag it and we'll prioritize that.

What's the difference between a sermon clip and a reel?

A sermon clip is a standalone moment from the message — usually 60-90 seconds — that makes sense on its own. A reel is shorter, faster-paced, and optimized specifically for Instagram or TikTok. We create both, depending on where the video is going and what it needs to do.

It is recommended to post a full sermon video and 1-2 reels per week at a minimum.
