If you have a domain (yourchurch.org), we connect it to Google Workspace so your email addresses are professional: pastor@yourchurch.org, admin@yourchurch.org. If you don't have a domain yet, we help you get one.

Is Google Workspace really free for churches?

Yes. Google provides the full Business Standard plan free to qualifying nonprofits — unlimited users, unlimited storage, professional email, calendars, Drive, Meet, Docs, and more. Completely free. No trial period, no expiration.

What if we already have email through another provider?

We can migrate your existing email, contacts, and calendar events into Google Workspace. Most migrations are seamless — your old emails come over, your contacts transfer, and your team keeps working without disruption.

Can we keep our current email addresses?

If you own your domain (like yourchurch.org), yes. We point that domain to Google Workspace so your existing email addresses keep working. If you're currently using Gmail or another free service, we'll set up new professional addresses on your domain.
